Ziyi Zhang

Ziyi Zhang is an art & creative director and multimedia artist whose practice bridges the realms of art and technology. Since 2021, she has actively explored the creative industry with a spirit of curiosity, collaboration, and innovation. She holds a BFA in Design Art (Interaction Design) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and is currently pursuing an MPS in Virtual Production at NYU Tisch School of the Arts.

Rooted in a solid foundation of both artistic sensibility and technical expertise, Zhang’s work fuses lyrical, poetic expression with emerging media such as real-time rendering, artificial intelligence, and immersive interaction. Her creations explore the complexities of humanity, societal structures, and global concerns—often balancing emotional depth with conceptual clarity.

From intimate emotions to expansive narratives, Zhang aims to transcend the boundaries of medium and culture. Her works have been exhibited internationally across China, Singapore, the United States, and Europe. In 2023, her projects were showcased at the prestigious Ars Electronica Festival in Linz, Austria, and at Singapore’s landmark building, Ten Square.
