“Sky Siheyuan:A Metaverse Auction House Where Human Meets the Nature” is A Metaverse online auction house designed for a Chinese auction house. Buyers can bid online for traditional Chinese calligraphy and painting using voice and text.
The concept of space design response to the idea of “unity in nature and man” in Chinese culture. On the basis of the structure of the traditional courtyard house - Siheyuan, the roof and wall are removed to retain the symmetrical form of traditional architecture, so that online users can be immersed in the sky. The middle session is auction place and the surroundings are exhibition places.
Endless road into sky, frames dropping from the cloud and lanterns surrounding avatars, these elements indicate the philosophical idea of conforming to nature and harmony underlying in ancient artworks. This is not only reflected in the ink of generations of Chinese calligraphers and painters, but also believes of some art collectors.
